Terms governing your use of Dramily
2026/06/25
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Dramily, an AI short-drama production workspace for story planning, scripts, assets, storyboards, covers, prompts, previews, credits, and related workflows.
These Terms are between you and Quidity Solutions LLC, the limited liability company that owns and operates Dramily. Quidity Solutions LLC's physical address is 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
By using Dramily, you agree to these Terms. If you use Dramily on behalf of a company, studio, agency, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Dramily helps users create, organize, review, and manage short-drama production materials. Features may include story setup, episode outlines, script generation, character assets, scene references, prop references, cover generation, storyboard shots, video storyboard prompts, voice references, uploads, credits, subscriptions, and top-ups.
We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features at any time as the product evolves.
You are responsible for your account, credentials, workspace activity, billing activity, uploaded materials, generated content, and any use of Dramily under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
Certain Dramily actions use credits. Credit costs may vary by workflow, model, generation type, or provider cost. Monthly subscription credits may expire according to the plan terms shown at purchase. One-time top-ups may have their own expiration and usage rules.
Payments, invoices, taxes, subscription changes, cancellations, renewals, and payment failures may be handled through third-party payment providers. Unless required by law or explicitly stated, fees are not refundable once credits or generation services have been used.
You retain ownership of content you submit, upload, or create, including story ideas, scripts, prompts, images, audio, video references, character notes, scene notes, prop references, and other project materials.
You grant Dramily the rights needed to host, store, process, display, transmit, transform, and generate outputs from your content so we can provide the service, troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, and maintain your workspace.
AI-generated outputs can be unpredictable, incomplete, inaccurate, similar to other content, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, clearing, and approving outputs before publication, distribution, commercial use, or submission to third parties.
Paid plans may include commercial use rights for outputs, subject to these Terms, third-party provider rules, applicable law, and your rights in any prompts, uploads, references, or source material you provide. Free plans are for evaluation and non-commercial exploration unless otherwise stated.
You agree not to use Dramily to:
Dramily relies on third-party providers for AI models, payments, authentication, hosting, storage, database, analytics, email, and other infrastructure. Your use of certain features may be subject to those providers' terms, policies, limits, and availability.
We are not responsible for third-party provider outages, model behavior, pricing changes, moderation decisions, latency, or output quality.
Dramily is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific generation results, viral performance, platform acceptance, or business outcomes.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, create risk, fail to pay, abuse credits or systems, or use Dramily in a way that may harm users, providers, rights holders, or the service. You may stop using Dramily at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dramily disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability. You use the service and outputs at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dramily will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost business, reputational harm, or third-party claims arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use of Dramily after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
