Information we collect

• Project content: story ideas, scripts, outlines, prompts, character notes, scene notes, prop notes, uploaded assets, generated images, covers, storyboards, voice samples, and related metadata you create or upload.
• Generation and usage data: model requests, credit consumption, generation status, error logs, timestamps, selected settings, and workflow activity needed to operate and improve the service.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device, operating system, pages viewed, cookies, session identifiers, and diagnostic events.

How we use information

We use information to:

• provide, secure, and maintain Dramily;
• create and manage accounts, projects, assets, credits, subscriptions, and top-ups;
• send project data to AI, storage, hosting, database, email, analytics, payment, and infrastructure providers needed to operate the service;
• process prompts, uploaded references, generated outputs, and storyboard or video-related workflows;
• prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and unsafe use;
• troubleshoot errors and improve reliability, product quality, and user experience;
• communicate with you about service updates, billing, support, and product changes;
• comply with legal, tax, accounting, security, and enforcement obligations.

AI providers and generated content

When you request generation, relevant prompts, references, project metadata, uploaded files, and output constraints may be sent to third-party AI model providers or infrastructure providers. Those providers process the data to return generated text, images, audio, video-related assets, or other outputs.

You should avoid uploading or entering content that you do not have the right to use, sensitive personal information, confidential third-party material, or regulated data unless you have confirmed that your use is lawful and appropriate.

User uploads and project ownership

You retain your rights in the content you submit or upload. We process your content to provide the service, display it in your workspace, generate related outputs, maintain project history, support billing and credits, and troubleshoot issues.

Generated outputs may depend on your prompts, uploaded references, selected models, third-party provider terms, and applicable law. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, distributing, or using them commercially.

Sharing information

We may share information with:

• infrastructure, hosting, database, storage, email, analytics, authentication, payment, and AI model providers;
• professional advisors, auditors, or legal representatives when needed;
• authorities or third parties when required by law or to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent abuse;
• successors if Dramily is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or asset transfer.

We do not sell your project content as a standalone product.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Dramily, maintain accounts, comply with legal and billing obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and preserve security logs. You may delete projects or request account-related help through available product controls or by contacting us.

Some records may remain in backups, logs, invoices, provider systems, or audit history for a limited period.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so you should protect your credentials, review collaborators and uploads, and avoid sharing sensitive content unnecessarily.

International processing

Dramily and its providers may process information in countries or regions outside your own. By using the service, you understand that your information may be processed where we or our providers operate.
